A: Flexible, typical hours are 7am-5pm.

Q: How long is the rental period?

A: Standard residential rental period is one week, commercial rentals are on a case by case basis.

Q: Do I need to be a contractor to rent a dumpster?

A: We provide roll-off container services to contractors, businesses, and homeowners.

 

Q: Can you deliver dumpsters to locations on base?

A: Yes. We support and make base deliveries often.

Q: Do I need to be home for the dumpster delivery?

A: It is not necessary for you to be home for a pre-scheduled delivery. Our customer service  person will confirm your delivery/pick-up appointments and send you reminders.

Q: What are types of items can I place in the dumpster?

A: Construction debris, household waste, furniture or other large items, hardscaping debris, asphalt, brick, solid concrete, landscaping debris, and more!

Q: Are there any restrictions of what I can put in the dumpster? 

​

A: We are prohibited to take propane tanks, cylinders, oils, free running liquids, hazmat, asbestos, large electronics.

A: We offer separate dumpsters for stumps, brush concrete, asphalt, wood, pallet recycling, please ask.

A: Soil, rocks, concrete in quantities greater than 2% are prohibited.

 

A: We accept refrigerators, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers.

A: Material can not protrude above the top rails of the dumpster for us to transport.

A: We offer separate dumpsters for stumps, brush concrete, asphalt, wood, pallet recycling, please ask.

A: We do not accept unwanted spouses, however we can make most things disappear.

Q: Do you have insurance? Do I need insurance?

A: Your homeowners insurance and credit card typically will cover our equipment automatically while it’s in your use.

Q: What will you do to protect my driveway?

A: All containers will be placed on solid wood blocked.

 

Q: Will you travel out of state?

A: We deal with central and coastal NJ Counties like Monmouth Burlington Ocean, and parts of Middlesex.  We also have the ability of utilizing a network for customers in other areas via our Broker Management capacity.

 

Q: How long am I allowed to rent?

A: Standard rental for residential is one week, commercial can be several weeks. 

 

Q: Do they come with covers? Is it okay if they get rained on?

A: No, but it is ok if they get rained or snowed on.

Q: What if I fill up my rental and need another one?

A: Give us a call and we can take the old one and bring you a new one.

Q: Can I place my dumpster in the street?

A: Dumpsters placed in the streets often require permits, so check with your local jurisdiction's municipality for requirements.
